Testimonials

Kind words from individuals, families and community members who have experienced Kemp Care Network’s care and support.

Such a beautiful and peaceful place to be when that time comes. The staff are very friendly and compassionate. Feels like home away from home.

My dad heard about “Camp Keaton” which is a bereavement camp for children and teens ages 7 through 17 who are grieving the death of someone close to them. I attended this camp in 2017, six years ago and I have to say it had an impact I didn’t think possible. At 12 years old, I was around other kids my age who have lost someone close to them. The camp taught me some amazing skills and lessons surrounding grief that I will never forget. This year when I was 18, I was able to go back to Camp Keaton not as a camper but as a cabin big buddy. It was the most rewarding experience I’ve gained from my trauma and grief experiences because giving back to the people/community that helped me most was truly one of my biggest goals.
