Please read before initiating the online chat/text

• Kemp Care Network provides a safe space for you to anonymously reach out to receive peer support with grief and bereavement. This can be in any capacity of loss that you have experienced; human, pet, job, home etc. Or the anticipatory loss of someone/something in your life. This support is given through our trained volunteers and staff members.
• This is not a crisis line. If you feel as though you are in crisis, please call 911 or your family doctor. Kemp Care Network is not liable for any pre, during, or post conversation outcomes on individual(s), or acts that may occur before, during, or after conversations have ended.
• Kemp Care Network supporters will provide the best and most appropriate care that they can.
• Kemp Care Network will not allow for threats of any kinds, inappropriate or arrogant conversations.
• Our supporters will end the conversation with or without any explanation at any time if conversation is under any of the following.
• Data from conversation is stored internally with Kemp Care Network volunteers and staff for liability and training purposes. This data will not be shared with third parties unless subpoenaed, or safety risks are involved.
• Your consent to the above information is given while partaking in conversation.
