Our programs are tailored to your unique needs and offer a safe space to navigate the difficult path of loss.

HPCO Accreditation 2024

We are thrilled to announce that Kemp Care Network has successfully achieved HPCO Accreditation for our In-Home Hospice and Grief & Bereavement Support Programs! 

This accreditation ensures the delivery of consistent, high-quality hospice palliative care across all accredited programs and services in the province. Being recognized by HPCO signifies that we meet industry standards and have undergone a rigorous peer review process.

Why Would I Need It?

Grief can be overwhelming, and it is essential to have a supportive network during your journey. Whether you have recently experienced a death or are dealing with long-term grief, our programs are here to provide comfort, companionship and understanding.

How to Get Started

To begin your grief support journey with Kemp Care Network, please check our current programs below. Please note that our grief groups are offered as closed-group sessions and registrations is mandatory.

Our Programs

1:1 Grief Counselling for Adults

Our specially trained social workers offer emotional support to individuals and families who have experienced the death of someone important to them in Greater Hamilton.

Grief Groups for Adults

Our specially trained volunteers, along with our social worker, provide a variety of grief groups are offered for grieving adults to share experiences and discuss variety of topics associated with their unique grief journey.

Healing Walk

Join us every other Friday at 11am for a relaxing walk as we discuss grief and loss in a supportive social atmosphere.

Compassionate Listeners

Our specially trained volunteers offer social and emotional support to individuals and families living with a life-threatening illness in Greater Hamilton.

Caregiver Consultation & Guidance

Individual sessions designed to help parents and caregivers understand how children (ages 0-17) grieve and receive practical tools to support your grieving child at their developmental stage.
