Visitor Policy

UPDATE AS OF October 23, 2023

Dear Volunteers, staff and families.

As we continue to work hard to keep our home COVID-free, we are continuously reviewing and updating our policies and recommendations. Your cooperation is needed to help keep your loved one, their families, our volunteers and staff safe.

If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact Debbie Robinson (Director of Nursing Services x 2110) or Armila Kajani (Clinical Nurse Specialist x 2116).

MASK & COVID testing:

  • We do not require a mask to be worn unless you have cold/flu like symptoms but are testing negative. If you have symptoms, you will be asked to be tested for COVID. If you are positive, you will not be permitted in the hospice until you are testing negative again.

  • Visitors are permitted to come and go as they will be given a code to enter the building. We strongly recommend 4 visitors are permitted in the room at one time so please preplan your visits as best as possible.

We thank you for your cooperation, compassion, and support in keeping our home COVID-free.
